I believe that a successful school is built not only on strong academics and inspiring educators, but also on efficient systems and seamless operations that work quietly behind the scenes. As the Director – Operations, my role is to ensure that every administrative function of the school works with efficiency, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence.

I oversee a wide range of operational areas, including Front Office, Transport, Security, IT, Human Resources, Accounts, Purchase and Procurement, and the Food Department. My focus is to create well-structured systems, strengthen coordination between departments, and ensure that every process is carried out smoothly and effectively.

For me, operations is ultimately about people. Whether it is ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at the Front Desk, safe and reliable transportation for students, a secure campus, responsive IT support, effective HR systems, responsible financial management, or quality food services, every function contributes to the overall experience of our school community.

I strive to build a culture where efficiency meets empathy, systems meet innovation, and accountability meets teamwork. I believe in continuously improving processes, embracing technology, optimising resources, and empowering teams to perform at their best.

My vision is to create an operational ecosystem that is safe, organised, responsive, transparent, and future-ready—one that supports students and educators while building trust among parents and the wider school community.
